ICU层级护理干预对患者感染控制效果的影响

Impact of ICU hierarchical nursing intervention on infection control of patients

目的研究ICU采用层级护理干预模式对患者感染控制效果的影响。方法将86例ICU患者纳入本次研究,采用随机数字表法分为常规组43例(接受常规护理)和层级组43例(接受层级护理干预),对比2组患者感染发生情况以及感染指标的差异。结果层级组感染发生率9.30%,低于常规组的25.58%(P<0.05);护理前组间WBC、N/%、CRP、IL-6水平差异均不显著(P>0.05),护理后层级组WBC、N/%、CRP、IL-6、PCT水平均比常规组低(P<0.05)。结论将层级护理干预模式应用到ICU护理工作中,可以有效预防患者各类感染的发生,并可有效控制感染指标。

Objective To study the effect of hierarchical nursing interventions in ICU nursing procedures and infection control.Methods 86 ICU patients were selected and assigned to routine group(routine nursing care)and hierarchical group(hierarchical nursing interventions)according to random number table,43 cases in each group.The infection rate and control rate was counted.Results The infection rate in the hierarchical group(9.30%)was lower than that of routine group(25.58%)(P<0.05);Before intervention,the values of WBC(white blood count),N/%(neutrophil),CRP(C-reactive protein)and IL-6(interleukin-6)between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After intervention,the values of WBC,N/%,CRP,IL-6 and plateletcrit(PCT)in the hierarchical group were lower than those of routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical nursing intervention can efficiently control the infection rate in ICU patients.
