摘要
目的探讨以OSCE(客观结构化临床考试)为导向的沟通情景模拟带教方式对眼科年轻护士沟通能力的影响。方法选择2015年N0~N1级护士25名设为对照组,选择2016年N0~N1级护士25名设为观察组。对照组采用传统的带教方法进行带教,观察组采用以OSCE为导向的沟通情景模拟进行带教,以理论考核、OSCE、平时表现进行教学质量评价,通过问卷调查来评估护士沟通能力。结果观察组的理论考核、OSCE、平时表现成绩均优于对照组;观察组在表达、临床思考、倾听、形象设计、动作设计和环境设计、人际沟通的灵活性、主动性、沟通技巧的掌握、处理临床冲突等方面的能力均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以OSCE为导向的沟通情景模拟带教方式可以提升眼科年轻护士的临床沟通能力和应变能力,具有临床推广应用价值。
Objective This paper explores the influence of OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Examinations)on communication skills of young Ophthalmic nurses。Methods Twenty-five N0~N1 nurses were selected as the control group in 2015.Twenty-five N0~N1 nurses were selected as observation group in 2016.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods.The observation group used OSCE-oriented communication scene simulation to teach.Through the theoretical assessment,OSCE,the usual performance to evaluate the teaching quality.Through the questionnaire to assess the progress of nurses communication skills.Results The observation group theory test,OSCE,usual performance scores were better than the control group.The questionnaire results showed that the observation group not only in interpersonal flexibility,initiative,communication skills,the ability of treating clinical conflicts but also in expression,clinical thinking,listening,image design,action design and environmental design were superior to the control group,the difference both were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion OSCE-oriented can improve the clinical communication and flexible handling of affairs ability of young nurses thereby improving the clinical ability of young nurses has the value of clinical application。
