聊城改革开放四十年经济发展动能演化分析

Analysis on the Evolution of Economic Development Kinetic Energy in Liaocheng during the 40 Years of Reform and Opening-up

改革开放四十年聊城经济社会发展取得优异成绩,回顾并分析经济快速发展的历程和动能演化,对于贯彻新时代高质量发展战略,进一步实现聊城经济新旧动能转换,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。依据发展动能的演化,聊城改革开放四十年可划分为五个阶段:农村活力释放阶段(1978-1984)、工商业活力释放阶段(1985-2001)、全球化活力释放阶段(2002-2008)、工业化活力释放阶段(2009-2014)、创新活力释放阶段(2015-)。然后总结了历次动能演化的经验,最后分析了聊城市在新旧动能演化中面临的问题和对策。

During the 40 years of reform and opening-up,Liaocheng has made excellent achievements in its economic and social development.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to review and analyze the course of rapid economic development and the evolution of kinetic energy in order to carry out the strategy of high-quality development in the new era and further realize the transformation of the new and old driving forces of Liaocheng economy.This paper divides Liaocheng’s reform and opening-up into five stages according to the evolution of kinetic energy:rural vitality release stage(1978-1984),industrial and commercial vitality release stage(1985-2001),globalization vitality release stage(2002-2008),industrial vitality release phase(2009-2015),innovation vitality release stage(2016-).In addition,this paper summarizes the experiences of kinetic energy evolution and analyses the problems faced by Liaocheng and related countermeasures in the evolution of new and old kinetic energy.
