境外安宁疗护领域研究热点——PubMed数据库的共词聚类分析

The Hotspots in the Field of Hospice Care Abroad:Co-word Clustering Analysis of PubMed Database

分析PubMed数据库中2009年1月1日~2018年6月30日安宁疗护的研究热点,了解该领域的研究现状及发展趋势。在PubMed数据库中检索安宁疗护护理领域的相关文献,使用Bicomb 2.0和gCLUTO 1.0对其进行文献计量分析及双向聚类分析。共纳入文献6 648篇,提取高频主题词35个,通过双向聚类分析,总结出安宁疗护的7个热点:安宁疗护的实践标准,姑息照护或临终关怀机构的质量管理,与患者及其家属的心理健康状况相关的研究,安宁疗护中与沟通相关的内容及其对应的关系,护士及其他专业人员的心理状态或灵性,安宁疗护的形式、方法及策略,安宁疗护的知信行相关研究。

This study aims to investigate the hotspots in the field of hospice care in PubMed from January 1 st 2009 to June 30 2018,in order to better understand the current research status and focus in this field.Searching for nursing literatures of hospice care in PubMed database,the authors used Bicomb 2.0 and gCLUTO 1.0 software to conduct bibliometric analysis and cluster analysis.A total of 6,648 related articles were included and 35 high-frequency keywords were extracted.Through the bibliometric analysis,the hotspots of hospice care in nursing for nearly 10 years were summarized into 7 aspects,including:the practical standard of hospice care;the quality management of hospice care institutions;the research related to the mental health status of patients and their families;the contents related to communication in hospice care and its corresponding relationship;mental state or spirituality of nurses and other professionals;forms,methods and strategies of hospice care and studies on the knowledge,belief and practice of hospice care.
