摘要
医患沟通是医患间的重要医疗活动内容,手足外科也不例外。总体危及生命的病例相对少、更多的是关于肢体的创伤或疾病的修复及功能康复,这一临床特点决定了在手足外科医患沟通中,可以运用“三生”沟通理论对疾病的不同阶段、不同类型,采取有针对性的重点沟通。在沟通中医生对术前沟通重要性的认知态度起了决定性作用。为提高医患沟通的效果,沟通前各方面的准备是必要的,沟通的时机和方法、沟通策略的及时调整,理解患者的需求并及时纠正错误的认知,均能有助于更好的完成有效的医患沟通。
Doctor-patient communication is an important part of medical interactions between doctors and patients,and there is no exception in the hand and foot surgery.The total number of life-threatening cases in hand and foot surgery is relatively small.It is more about the repair and functional rehabilitation of limb trauma or disease.This clinical feature determines that we can use the"three-life"communication theory to communicate with different stages and types of diseases,and adopt targeted key communication in the doctor-patient communication in hand and foot surgery.In communication,doctor's cognitive attitude to the importance of preoperative communication plays a decisive role.In order to improve the effect of doctor-patient communication,it is necessary to prepare all aspects before communication.Timely adjustment of communication time and methods,communication strategies,understanding of patients'needs and correcting wrong perceptions in time can help to better complete effective doctor-patient communication.
