来华留学生本科医学教育现状分析

On Undergraduate Education of Clinical Medicine for International Students in China

来华留学生临床本科医学教育作为我国医学类来华留学生教育的品牌项目,得到国家的重视和支持,教育部先后出台了相应的质量控制标准和管理办法,对年招生量和具备招生资格的院校提出明确的要求和规划。对2004年以来来华留学生临床本科医学教育的政策、现状进行综合梳理,归纳总结存在的问题,面对教育国际化和“一带一路”新的发展形势,探索和分析问题解决的对策办法,从文化交流、资源建设、制度配套、语言训练、师资培养和现代化教育技术应用以及资源合理规范使用等方面提出对策思路。

Undergraduate education of clinical medicine for international students in China,as a brand project of medical education in China,has received the attention and support of the state.The Ministry of Education has issued corresponding quality control standards and management measures,and put forward clear requirements and plans for annual enrollment and qualified institutions.The policy and current situation of undergraduate education of clinical medicine for international students in China since 2004 have been comprehensively sorted out,and existing problems have been summarized.Facing the new development situation of education internationalization and"One Belt and One Road",we have explored and analyzed countermeasures for solving problems,from cultural exchange,resource building,system matching,language training,and teacher training.Some countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of resource training,application of modern educational technology and reasonable use of resources.
