薄壳山核桃容器苗基质筛选与裸根苗富根壮苗培育 被引量:3

Screening substrates for the Carya illinoinensis cultivation of container-growing seedlings and nursing bare-rooted seedling with a developed root system of pecan

摘要 本文开展了薄壳山核桃容器育苗基质筛选及大田育苗富根壮苗试验,结果表明:不同基质配方对薄壳山核桃苗木高度、地径生长、茎干重、叶片重影响显著,其中,容器育苗最佳基质配方为草炭土∶黄心土∶锯末∶鸡粪=6∶2∶1.5∶0.5,该配方容器苗高度、地径、茎干重、叶片重分别比CK提高34.22%、15.17%、79.80%、11.93%;裸根苗育苗营养土按黄心土∶干鸡粪∶有机肥=3∶2∶5配比,其苗高、地径、茎干重、叶片重分别比CK提高32.76%、71.78%、56.70%、4.55%;容器苗、裸根苗的苗高生长与茎干重均达到显著相关;容器苗与裸根苗分别喷施100~200 mg·L^-1 GGR6植物生长调节剂可明显促进其苗高、地径、一级根长的生长与侧根数的提高。 In this paper,we explored suitable substrates for container-growing seedlings as well as suitable methods for bare-rooted seedlings of Carya illinoinensis.Results showed that different substrates had significant effects on the height,ground diameter,shoot dry weight,and leaf weight of pecan.The best substrate for container-growing seedling was 6 peat+3 soil+1.5 sawdust+0.5 chicken manure,through which,the seedlings presented 34.22%,15.17%,79.80%,11.93%higher in height,ground diameter,shoot dry weight and leaf weight than the CK,respectively.The best substrate for bare-rooted seedling was 3 soil+2 chicken manure+5 organic fertilizer.Seedlings growing in this substrate showed 32.76%,71.78%,56.70%and 4.55%higher in height,ground diameter,shoot dry weight and leaf weight than the CK,respectively.The index of height growth was significantly correlated with shoot dry weight in both container-growing and bare-rooted seedling.Spraying the plant growth regulator of 100~200 mg·L-1 GGR6 on container-growing seedlings and bare-rooted seedlings can significantly promote the growth of seedling height,ground diameter and increase the first lateral root length as well as lateral root number.
