党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央审时度势,在“权为民所赋、权为民所用”的权力理论视阈下构建提出以“本源观、服务观、责任观和监督观”为主体的新时代中国特色社会主义无产阶级政党权力观,创新和发展了马克思主义关于无产阶级政党权力理论,开辟了中国共产党“从严治党、依法治权”新境界,其对科学塑造各级党员干部“从严治党、依法治权”的行动思维、有效推进中国特色社会主义权力观体系建设,均具有重要的指导意义和现实借鉴。

Ever since the 18th Communist Party of China National Congress,Party Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as its core correctly appraise the situation and put forward proletarian party's power view of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era that gives priority to view of origin,services,responsibility and supervision from the perspective of power theory that powers are endowed by people and should be exercised for people.This promotes innovation and development of proletarian party's power view in Marxism.Besides,this breaks new ground for Chinese Communist Party's conduct of running the party strictly and manipulating power by law.In addition,this is of great guiding and realistic reference significance for the development of behavior mode of running the party strictly and manipulating power by law for party cadres at all levels and for effective advancement of system construction of power view of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
