摘要
随着生活水平的不断提高,幸福感成为人们普遍追求的目标,其中,不同的劳动就业形式对幸福感影响成为讨论的热点之一。利用CLDS2016年的调查数据,通过建立有序Probit模型分析非正规就业对劳动者幸福感的影响结果发现:非正规就业者显著降低了劳动者的主观幸福感;从事非正规就业女性主观幸福感的损失效应高于男性;从事非正规就业对受教育年限高的劳动者主观幸福感损失效应更大。因此,为了提高劳动者的幸福感水平,构建和谐的劳动关系,提出通过规范的劳动合同制度提高非正规就业者的社会保障水平,消除劳动力市场性别歧视,以提高非正规就业者的主观幸福感的政策建议。
With the continuous improvement of living standards,happiness has become a common pursuit of people,among which,the impact of different forms of labor and employment on happiness has become one of the hot topics of discussion.Based on the survey data of CLDS2016 and the establishment of Ordered Probit model,this scheme analyzes the influence of informal employment on workers'happiness and finds that:informal employment significantly reduces the subjective well-being of workers;the loss effect of subjective well-being of women engaged in informal employment is higher than that of men;the effect of informal employment on subjective well-being of workers with higher education years is greater.Therefore,in order to improve the happiness level of workers and construct a harmonious labor relationship,this scheme puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the social security level of informal employees through standardized labor contract system and eliminate gender discrimination in the labor market,so as to improve the subjective well-being of informal employees.
