城市商圈党建社会工作介入困境与实践策略选择——基于布迪厄社会场域理论视角

The Dilemma of Intervention and the Selection of Practical Strategies Regarding to theConstruction Work of the Communist Party in Urban Business District——Based on the Bourdieu’s Field Theory

新时期对于基层党组织的领导力及凝聚力建设提出了新的要求,城市商圈党建社会工作既体现了党建工作的创新,也是本土性社会工作发展的趋势。文章基于布迪厄社会场域理论视角,对城市商圈党建社会工作场域进行探讨,从城市商圈党建社会工作实践策略选择回应新时期城市商圈党建社会工作场域介入的诸多困境:即基于社会网络视角建构平级型权责共同体、基于社会工作专业方法建立社会工作者社会资本、基于本土性社会工作视角加强城市商圈党建社会工作经验总结。

as the new calls for the leadership of the basic Party organization and the construction of cohesion raised in this new age,the construction work of the Party in urban business districts not only expresses the innovation of construction work of the Party but enlightens the development trend of indigenous social work.This paper discussed the social work field of the construction of the Party in business districts on the bases of the Bourdieu's field theory,and responded a series of dilemmas of social work interference regarding to the construction of the party in urban business districts according to the selection of practical strategies of building the Party in that districts:that is to construct a parallel community of rights and liabilities based on the perspective of social network,to build the social capital for social workers based on the professional methods of social work,and to enhance the summary of social working experience of the Party's construction in urban business districts based on the perspective of indigenous social work.
