基于安徽省16市近15年数据的经济开放与城乡居民收入差距研究

Research on Economic Opening and Income Gap between Urban and Rural Residents Based on the Data of 16 Cities in Anhui Province for Nearly 15 Years

研究运用2003-2017年安徽省16市的面板数据,以外贸依存度作为经济开放度的指标,考察了经济开放对城乡居民收入差距的影响。研究发现,现阶段城乡居民收入差距随着经济开放度提高有扩大趋势,这同城乡开放的非对称性相关。同时,政府支出同样对城乡居民收入差距产生重要影响。研究发现,要想发挥消费对经济增长的基础性作用,需要增加居民收入。解决农村居民收入问题,一是需要扩大开放的力度,使开放向农村深入,使农村居民进一步享受开放的成果。二是需要扩大政府在农村支出的力度。三是扩大农村教育投入,促进农村居民人力资本的积累,完善城乡劳动力流动的体制机制,促进农村劳动力的转移。

The study used the panel data of 16 cities in Anhui Province from 2003 to 2017,and used the degree of dependence on foreign trade as an indicator of economic openness to examine the impact of economic openness on the income gap between urban and rural residents.The study found that at this stage,the income gap between urban and rural residents has an increasing trend with the increase of economic openness,which is related to the asymmetry of urban and rural openness.At the same time,government expenditure also has an important impact on the income gap between urban and rural residents.The study found that in order to play a fundamental role in consumption for economic growth,it is necessary to increase the income of residents.To solve the problem of rural residents'income,first,it is necessary to expand the intensity of opening up to open up to the countryside,make rural residents can further enjoy the benefit of openness.Second,it is necessary to expand the government's expenditures in rural areas.The third is to expand rural education investment,promote the accumulation of human capital of rural residents,improve the institutional mechanism of urban and rural labor mobility,and promote the transfer of rural labor.
