人类基因编辑技术伦理问题探微

摘要 人类基因编辑技术的研究和应用近年来被得到广泛关注,因为对人类种群多样性的挑战、人格尊重和人权隐私、谁有资格决定基因的改变等等存在立场疑惑,所以衍生出诸多伦理和技术风险问题。针对人类基因编辑技术研究的伦理立场,我们讨论“该不该”和“应不应该”的问题,并考虑到科学技术的双重性也基于对生命伦理原则的探讨,我们提出在不出于生殖目的的前提下应该可控的进行基础研究,并在伦理底线的风险规制上做出具体决策分析。 The research and application of human gene editing technology has received wide attention in recent years.Because of the challenges of human population diversity,personality respect and human rights privacy,and who is qualified to determine genetic changes,there are many doubts and ethics.In response to the ethical stance of human genetic editing technology research,we discuss the issue of the necessity,and consider that the duality of science and technology is also based on the discussion of bioethical principles.It is proposed not to be reproductive under the premise of the purpose,basic research should be conducted under control,and specific decision analysis should be made on the risk regulation of the ethical bottom line.
