高校思政课师生共同体模式是新时代思政课教学落实立德树人根本使命,守正创新的必然要求。马克思主义丰富的人学内涵是建构思政课师生共同体模式的理论之基,当前思政课普遍存在“教”与“学”认知偏离、实践脱节等现实问题。需要从构建“以获得感为中心”的关系共同体,“以精神需求为导向”的知识共同体,“以生活为基点”的生活共同体,“以实践为归宿”的实践共同体四个方面共同发力,建构思政课师生共同体模式。
