论儒家“以德育人”思想对高校大学生道德教育的启示

On the Enlightenment of Confucian Thought of "Cultivating People with Morality" on College Students’ Moral Education

儒家教育思想的核心是“以德育人”,儒家学者所倡导的德智融合、学思并重、知行合一思想无一不渗透着“德”的重要性。“以德育人”,德是育人的前提,最终目的是实现育人。学习和借鉴儒家“以德育人”思想,去传统文化中寻根溯源,给高校大学生道德教育以深刻启迪,以增强道德教育的渗透性、自觉性以及实践性。

The core of theory of Confucianism education is"cultivating people with morality".Confucian scholars advocate the integration of morality and wisdom,equal emphasis on learning and thinking,and the idea of unity of knowledge and action,all manifesting the importance of"morality".Talking about"cultivating people with morality",morality is the premise of education,and the ultimate goal is to achieve cultivation.In this sense,colleges and universities should learn and take for reference the Confucian thought of"cultivating people with morality",seek for the roots and trace to the source in traditional culture,and enlighten college students with the moral education,to enhance the permeability,consciousness and practicality of moral education.
