基于城市商圈结构的轨道交通综合体布局研究——以上海为例

The Layout Study of Rail Transit Complex Based on the City Business Circle: A Case of Shanghai

随着轨道交通建设的白热化发展和土地资源的集约化需求,轨道交通综合体越来越成为联系建筑本身与城市空间的重要元素,并因其所带来的巨大商业价值和对城市立体化开发的推动作用,成为当下人们关注的焦点所在。轨道交通综合体的出现,作为当今地铁大兴建设、社会多元需求和土地集约利用多方运作的结果,与城市空间结构尤其是城市商圈有着极为密切的联系。该文以上海为例,以城市商圈结构对轨道交通综合体布局的促进引导为切入点,通过对上海轨道交通综合体的实地调研进行数据整理,将ARCGIS数字分析与商圈结构进行重叠比对,结合现实人流量及综合体运营现状总结出其中的正相关关系。

With the red-hot development of subway construction and the intensive demands of land resources, rail transit mixed-use development becomes to be connected element between building space and urban space, and has been the focus of attention because of its huge value and impact on space three-dimensional exploitation. As the result of metro construction, social divers needs and intensive landuse, the rail transit mixed-use development has closely relationship with urban space structure especially to the city business circle. Taking Shanghai as an example, we consider the effect of urban business circle about the layout of commercial complex, we sort the related data and compare the urban business circle and commercial complex layout through the ARCGIS platform. Combining the people flow picture and its current situation, we could get the positive correlation between the layout of rail transit mixed-use development and urban business circle.
