基于存量规划的旧城更新城市设计——以泰安市古城区城市设计为例

Urban Renewal Design Based on Inventory Planning:A Case Study of Urban Design of Ancient Town in Tai’an

基于存量规划的背景,针对我国城市发展中已有的存量土地,以建成区存量空间为主要对象,利用有限的土地资源,实现集约化发展,盘活城镇存量空间,进行更新设计,完善城市功能,延续历史文脉,塑造特色城市风貌,对城镇发展极具意义。该文通过对泰安市古城区存量空间的分析,提出相应的提升策略,探寻城市更新的设计方法,以期修复当地的文脉特色,重现古城轮廓、格局和风貌,达到完善城市功能,提升空间品质,盘活城镇存量空间的目的。

Based on the background of the inventory planning, in view of the existing stock land of China’s urban development, with the built area stock space as the main object, the limited land resources are used to realize the intensive development, to revitalize the urban storage space, to carry on the renewal design, to improve the city’s function, to continue the historical context, to shape the characteristic city style. The development of the city is of great significance. Through the analysis of the stock space in the ancient city of Tai’an, Shandong,we put forward the corresponding promotion strategy to explore the design method of urban renewal, in order to repair the local cultural characteristics, to reproduce the outline, pattern and style of the ancient city, to improve the city’s function, to improve the quality of the space, and to revitalize the space of the city.
