平江历史街区保护与更新探析

Protection and Renewal of Pingjiang Historic District

历史文化街区蕴含着丰富的城市记忆,反映了城市发展的有机更新,同时体现了该城市街区的传统文化特色。以对历史文化街区现状的反思为切入点,论述了历史文化街区保护与更新的必要性,分析了历史街区保护和更新初期存在的诸如单纯静态保护、过度商业开发、“仿真更新”假文化蔓延等问题,并基此以苏州平江历史文化街区保护与更新为例,从宏观、中观、微观3个层面梳理、总结了其保护与更新经验,提出了当前解决历史文化街区保护与更新面临问题的思路。

Historic and cultural blocks contain rich urban memories.They reflect the organic renewal of urban development and the traditional cultural characteristics of the city.Taking the reflection on the current situation of historic and cultural blocks as the starting point,this paper discusses on the necessity of the protection and renewal of the historic and cultural blocks.The problems existing in the early stage of the protection and renewal of historic and cultural blocks,such as pure static protection,excessive commercial development,and the spread of"simulated renewal"fake culture,are analyzed in this paper.Based on this,taking the protection and renewal of Suzhou Pingjiang historic and cultural blocks as an example,this paper sorts out and summarizes its protection and renewal experience from the macro,meso and micro levels.As a conclusion,the current ideas to solve the problems faced by the protection and renewal of historic and cultural blocks are put forward.
