从“跨江”到“拥江”空间规划策略研究——以杭州沿江新城为例

Research on Spatial Planning Strategies from "Crossing River" to "Embracing the River"——A Case Study of Hangzhou New Town along the QianTang River

针对从“跨江”到“拥江”发展的城市目前普遍出现的沿江空间阻隔、体验活力不佳问题,基于对“拥江”带来的价值转变为出发点,为避免陷入常规新城发展模式,以杭州沿江新城为例,重点探索了沿江空间在彰显沿江资源价值与品牌魅力上的建设模式与策略,提出了借助大运量轨道交通带动拉近地铁与江的关系、激活沿江产业、构筑“江-站-城”一体化活力模式,分离快慢交通、缝合沿江空间、构筑全岸贯通的交通-空间整合模式,活态展示遗产、塑造文化品牌、打造特色彰显的魅力文化带,加密支路网、建立开放街区、营造步行优先的滨水活力空间,织补生态绿网、提升滨江可达性、增强公共空间的场所体验,以及构筑纵横通廊、建立空间秩序、营造韵律调和的沿江天际线等六大策略。

Cities from"Crossing River"to"Embracing the River"are facing on the universal problems of spatial barrier and inadequate experience vigor along the River.Basing on the value transformation from embracing the River,and avoiding falling into the conventional development mode of new towns,this paper which take the new town along the QianTang river for example,focuses on exploring the construction mode and strategy of space in highlighting the value of river resources and brand charm.And six strategies have been put forward.First,bridging the relationship between Metro and river by means of mass transit,activating the industry along the river and construct the integration dynamic model of"river-station-city";Second,separating the fast and slow traffic,stitching up the space along the river,constructing the integrated mode of traffic-space across the whole bank;Three,vividly displaying heritage,shaping cultural brand,and creating charming cultural belts with distinctive features,;Four,encrypting road network,establishing open blocks and creating waterfront vigorous space with walking priority;Five,weaving eco-green net,promoting riverside accessibility and enhancing place experience of public Space;Six,constructing vertically and horizontally corridors,establishing spatial order,and creating a rhythmic and harmonious skyline along the river.
