New-type industrial park is an inevitable outcome of the modern urban development,this article took opportunity of the JinBao industrial park planning compilation,mainly focused on the new ideas such as innovation concept,regional balance,technical support,industry-city integration,new community and construction by stages etc,finnaly tried to seek an suitable approach for the new-type industrial park construction.
