This paper analyses the problems existing in the pipeline reconstruction project of the old road(Qi Lane)in Longchi District of Zhangzhou Taiwan Residents Investment Zone,and puts forward the basic principles and specific solutions for the pipeline reconstruction.The purpose of the solution is to balance economy and practicability as much as possible.
