基于新型城镇化战略下中原城市群崛起策略研究

Research on the Strategies of Rising Central Plains Urban Agglomeration under the New Urbanization Strategy

随着地区经济发展进程的加快,城市群已成为带动区域发展的重要因素。在国家推进新型城镇化发展战略的带动下,中原城市群的发展也成为中原地区崛起的关键。本文针对其在发展过程中存在的核心城市带动力不强、交通网络体系建设不完备、产业结构不优化、新兴产业软化程度低等问题,探索了中原城市群发展路径,并提出了城市群崛起需要在内部规划上形成空间集散内核的格局、强化交通网络设施的空间流通并创新功能新区的空间域等策略。

With the acceleration of regional economic development,urban agglomeration has be?come an important factor driving regional development.Driven by the country's strategy of pro?moting new urbanization development,the development of urban agglomeration in the central plains has become the key to its rise.Based on the problems existed during its development,in?cluding weak driving capability of the core cities,incomplete construction of transportation net?work system,unoptimized industrial structure,low softening of emerging industries and so on,this paper explored the development path of urban agglomeration in the central plains and pro?posed the strategies for the rise of urban agglomeration,that is,forming a spatial distribution core in the internal pattern planning,strengthening the spatial circulation of transportation net?work facilities and innovating the spatial domain of functional new areas,etc.
