当前民营企业“互联网+”创新管理模式探析

随着互联网技术和计算机技术的不断发展和普及,整个社会的信息环境逐渐成熟起来。与此同时,我国“互联网+”行动计划的提出,对民营企业传统的管理和运营工作等造成了一定的冲击,互联网开始逐渐深入社会、生产、人们的工作以及生活等各个方面,网络在扩大内需,拉动经济增长,促进产业结构调整,提升就业等方面都起到了很大的作用。同时随着当前“互联网+”时代的到来,互联网模式下的企业管理模式的创新也成为很多企业关注的焦点。因此在当前“互联网+”背景下,民营企业要想实现自身的稳定发展,并且寻找新的发展突破点,就要借助当前互联网思维及其优势,对管理模式进行进一步的完善和创新,不断提升管理水平。基于此,本文在研究的过程中,通过对“互联网+”背景下民营企业创新管理模式的研究,就民营企业在当前“互联网+”背景下实现创新管理的路径选择进行确定,希望对民营企业的持续性发展有所裨益。

With the continuous development and popularization of Internet and computer technology,the information environment of the whole society has gradually matured.At the same time,the proposal of China’s“Internet+”action plan has caused a certain impact on the traditional management and operation of private enterprises.With Internet gradually going deep into various aspects of people’s work and life,it has played a big role in expanding domestic demand,stimulating economic growth,promoting industrial restructuring,and improving employment.Meanwhile with the advent of“Internet+”era,the innovation of the enterprise management model under the Internet model has become the focus of many enterprises.Therefore,in the current“Internet+”background,in order to achieve their own stable development,and find new breakthroughs in development,it is necessary for private enterprises to use the current Internet thinking and its advantages to further improve and innovate its management model.Through the research on the innovation management mode of private enterprises under the background of“Internet+”,this paper determines the path choice of private enterprises in the context of the current“Internet+”,and hopes to achieve the sustainable development of the private enterprises.
