摘要
利用聚丙烯腈(PAN)为基膜、硫化钼(MoS 2)为改性剂制备MoS 2-PAN有机-无机复合膜。利用PAN基膜对重金属离子进行选择性、PAN固含量以及温度因素进行吸附性能实验,并通过SEM、FTIR进行表征。在此条件下,通过添加MoS 2提高吸附膜材料对Cu^2+的吸附能力,分别改变MoS 2固含量、pH值、温度、反应时间得到最优吸附量,并通过动力学拟合曲线、等温吸附模型以及热力学模型确定反应机理,并通过解吸实验考察吸附膜解吸再生效应。结果表明:在温度为30℃,pH=6的条件下添加MoS 21wt%对Cu^2+吸附180 min吸附性能达到最优,Langmuir等温吸附模型更符合该吸附过程,准二级动力学模型更符合该吸附的动力学过程。吸附是一个自发的吸热过程。
MoS 2-PAN organic-inorganic composite membrane was prepared by using polyacrylonitrile(PAN)as base membrane and molybdenum sulfide(MoS 2)as modifier.The selectivity of heavy metal ions,the solid content of PAN and the temperature factors were studied by using PAN-based membrane,and characterized by SEM and FTIR.The optimum adsorption capacity was obtained by changing the solid content,pH value,temperature and reaction time of MoS 2.The mechanism was determined by kinetic fitting curve,isothermal adsorption model and thermodynamic model.The desorption and regeneration efficiency of adsorption membrane was investigated by desorption experiment.The adsorption mechanism should be discussed.The results show that MoS 2 1wt%has the best adsorption performance for Cu^2+for 180 min at 30℃and pH=6.Langmuir isothermal adsorption model is more in line with the adsorption process,and quasi-second-order kinetic model is more in line with the adsorption kinetic process.Adsorption is a spontaneous endothermic process.
