摘要
研究了不同煅烧温度条件下,采用水泥用石灰岩制备天然水硬性石灰NHL2。采用X射线衍射仪、X射线荧光光谱仪、TG-DSC、扫描电子显微镜对石灰岩原料粉体、煅烧中间产物和消化产物进行了表征。此外,粒度分析显示实验室样品的粒度分布与商用产品NHL2近似;白度仪分析消化样品,表明实验室制备的NHL2(Lab-NHL2)样品比商用产品(Com-NHL2)白度高,样品28 d抗压强度为2.0 MPa,达到欧洲标准BS.EN 459—2015对NHL2的要求。
Effect of sintering temperature on the preparation of natural hydraulic lime-NHL2 from limestone used for cement fabricatioin were studied.The raw material and natural hydraulic lime were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,TG-DSC and scanning electron microscopy.In addition,the particle size distribution,whiteness of the lab-made NHL2(Lab-NHL2)were analyzed by using a laser particle size analyzer and whiteness meter,which are better than commercial NHL2(Com-NHL2).The compressive strength of the Lab-NHL2 is 2.0 MPa,which meets the requirement of NHL2 of Euro standard BS.EN 459—2015.
