玻璃纤维增强水泥基材料收缩性能研究 被引量:10

摘要 主要研究了胶凝材料组成及纤维掺量对玻璃纤维增强水泥(Glass fiber reinforced cement,GRC)的干燥收缩和自收缩性能的影响。通过等温量热仪、X射线衍射仪对不同类型的胶凝材料的早期水化放热及不同龄期的水化产物进行表征和分析,探讨了胶凝材料组成对GRC材料收缩性能的作用机理。试验结果表明:采用硫铝酸盐水泥制备的GRC材料其长期干燥收缩及自收缩最小,采用硅酸盐水泥制备的GRC材料干燥收缩及自收缩均较大,而掺入粉煤灰、硅灰等矿物掺和料可有效的降低GRC材料的干燥收缩和自收缩。同时,总体来看玻璃纤维掺量对GRC材料的收缩性能的影响相对较小,但适当掺量的玻璃纤维可一定程度上降低GRC材料的干燥收缩及自收缩。 The influence of the composite of binder materials and the content of fiber on the shrinkage of glass fiber reinforced cement(GRC)was studied.The isothermal calorimeter and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)were used to characterize and analyze the heat of hydration and hydration products from different types of binder materials during the hydration process,and the mechanism of shrinkage properties of GRC was also analyzed.The test results show that the GRC prepared by sulphoaluminate cement has the lower shrinkage than that of portland cement.Moreover,the fly ash and silica fume in the binder materials both effectively decrease the shrinkage of GRC.Additionally,the content of glass fiber has a little influence on the shrinkage of GRC,and a suitable content of glass fiber used in GRC can decease the shrinkage of GRC to some extent.
