摘要
提出了一种早强自密实PVA-ECC(Polyvinyl Alcohol-Engineered Cementitious Composite)水泥基复合材料。通过正交试验的方法研究了水灰比、水泥与粉煤灰比和纤维体积掺量对于PVA-ECC流动性和抗折性能的影响,设计和优化了配合比。结果表明:纤维体积掺量对早强自密实PVA-ECC有着显著影响,当纤维掺量不超过0.5%时,纤维对于抗折强度没有明显影响;当纤维掺量超过0.5%时,抗折强度有着较大的提高。水灰比和水泥与粉煤灰比对早强自密实PVA-ECC有着一定影响,随着水灰比的降低,抗折强度有所提高;随着水泥与粉煤灰比的降低,抗折强度有所降低。
A new type of early-strength self-compacting PVA-ECC(Polyvinyl Alcohol-Engineered Cementitious Composite)was proposed.A series of orthogonal experiments were designed and carried out to study the effects of the factors of water-cement ratio,cement to fly ash ratio and fiber volume on the fluidity and the flexural properties of PVA-ECC,then design and optimize the mixture ratio.The experimental results show that the fiber volume has a significant influence on the early-strength self-compacting PVA-ECC.When the content of fiber is smaller than 0.5%,the fiber has no significant effect on the flexural strength of the PVA-ECC;when the content of fiber is larger than 0.5%,the flexural strength is greatly improved.Water-cement ratio and cement-fly ash ratio also have some influence on early-strength self-compacting PVA-ECC.With the decrease of water-cement ratio,the flexural strength increases;with the decrease of cement-fly ash ratio,the flexural strength decreases.
