摘要
本文以酸枣幼苗为试验材料,研究了NaCl胁迫下外源CaCl2对酸枣幼苗4种内源激素(ABA、GA3、IAA、ZT)含量的影响。结果表明:在NaCl胁迫下,5、10、20mmol/LCaCl2处理降低酸枣幼苗叶中ABA含量,增加GA3、IAA、ZT的含量和IAA/ABA、GA3/ABA、ZT/ABA的比值;5、10、20mmol/LCaCl2处理可以降低酸枣幼苗根中ABA含量,增加GA3、IAA的含量和IAA/ABA、GA3/ABA的比值,5、10、20mmol/LCaCl2处理下根中ZT含量在12h以后小于对照,20mmol/LCaCl2处理下根中ZT/ABA的比值在48h以后小于对照;适当浓度(5~10mmol/L)CaCl2能减缓NaCl胁迫对幼苗造成的伤害,提高酸枣幼苗对NaCl胁迫的适应能力。
The effects of exogenous CaCl2 on the contents of four endogenous hormones(ABA,GA3,IAA,ZT)in jujube seedlings under NaCl stress were studied.The results showed that under NaCl stress,5,10,20 mmol/L CaCl2 treatment can reduce the content of ABA in leaves of jujube seedlings,increase the content of GA3,IAA,ZT and the ratio of IAA/ABA,GA3/ABA and ZT/ABA.5,10,20 mmol/L CaCl2 treatment can reduce the ABA content in the roots of jujube seedlings,increase the content of GA3,IAA and the ratio of IAA/ABA and GA3/ABA,the ZT content in the roots treated with 5,10,20 mmol/L CaCl2 was lower than that of the control after 12 h,and the ratio of ZT/ABA in the roots treated with 20 mmol/L CaCl2 was lower than that of the control after 48 h.The appropriate concentration(5~10 mmol/L)CaCl2 can slow the damage of NaCl stress on seedlings and improved the adaptability of jujube seedlings to NaCl stress.
