摘要
影响铝电解电容器性能的最主要参数是纹波电流问题,纹波电流的影响主要是在ESR上产生功耗,导致电容器发热进而缩短使用寿命。本文对变频驱动装置输入滤波电容的纹波电流,以及纹波电流对电解电容器的发热和对寿命的影响进行了分析讨论,提出了提高纹波电流能力的技术措施以及在变频驱动装置设计中选用铝电解电容器时应注意的事项,可供铝电解电容器制造和应用方面的相关设计人员参考。
The main parameter affecting the performance of aluminium electrolytic capacitors is ripple current.The main influence of the ripple current is mainly the power consumption on ESR,which leads to the heating of capacitor and shortens its service life.In this paper,the ripple current of input filter capacitor of frequency conversion drive device and the influence of ripple current on the heating and life of electrolytic capacitor are analyzed and discussed.The technical measures to improve the ripple current capacity and the matters needing attention in selecting aluminium electrolytic capacitor in the design of frequency conversion drive set are proposed,which can be used by relevant designers for the reference in the manufacture and application of aluminium electrolytic capacitor.
