摘要
尽管并联电容器被广泛应用于电压支持、无功补偿、谐波抑制以及电力系统中功率因数的改善,但系统与电容器之间可能发生谐波谐振,产生严重后果。文中,通过引入IEEE 18—2012并联电力电容器应用标准,基于谐波谐振指数(HRI)并对其计算进行优化,提出了一种用来估计谐波谐振严重程度的方法。该方法能够表示在不同背景谐波电压水平下谐波谐振严重程度。通过案例分析结果表明,提出的方法能够在工业中直接并快速地用来估计发生谐振的可能性和严重程度以及作为后验方法解决电容器配置问题。
Although shunt capacitor is widely used for voltage support,reactive power compensation,harmonic suppression and power factor improvement in power systems,yet harmonic resonance may occur between the system and the capacitors with serious consequences.In this paper,a kind of method for estimating severity of harmonic resonance by introducing an IEEE18—2012 standard of shunt power capacitor application and based on harmonic resonance index(HRI)and optimization of its calculation.This method can represent the harmonic resonance severity at different background harmonic voltage levels.It is shown by the case analysis result that the proposed method can estimate quickly and directly the possibility and severity resonance as well as solve the capacitor configuration problem as a posterior method.
