摘要
半胱胺(Cysteamine,CS)是一种氨基硫醇,含有活性的巯基和氨基,是半胱氨酸的脱羧产物和辅酶A的组成成分,在体内有着重要生理调节作用。自20世纪50年代开始在动物上应用以来,因其自身的生理特性在防辐射、促生长、治疗胱氨酸病等方面均有着良好的效果。随着CS研究的不断深入以及相关产品的研发,其在影响泌乳、机体免疫、繁殖以及肠道微生物方面的作用也在被重新认识、发现和改善。文章就CS在动物生产中的应用及可能存在的问题方面进行综述,为其在动物饲料添加剂中更加科学、合理地应用提供借鉴与参考。
Cysteamine(CS) is an aminothiol containing active sulfhydryl groups and amino groups. Endogenously, it is derived from decarboxylated metabolic of cysteine and coenzyme A degradation, and has important physiological regulation in the body. Since its application in animals in the 1950s, it has obtained desirable effects in radiation protection, growth promotion and treatment of cystinosis due to its special physiological characteristics. With the deepening of CS research and the development of related products, its roles in affecting lactation, immunity, reproduction and intestinal microbes has also been re-recognized, discovered and improved. This review will focus on the application of CS in animal production and possible problems or drawbacks, and providing reference for its more scientific and rational application in animal feed additives.
