摘要
为进一步研究高浓磨浆与低浓磨浆在纱管原纸生产上的应用,本研究以国产二次纤维为浆料,采用磨浆机对浆料进行浆浓23%的高浓磨浆和浆浓4%的低浓磨浆,并用磨浆后的浆料模拟抄造纱管原纸,分析磨浆对纤维形态改变以及对成纸物理指标的影响。结果表明,相比于4%的低浓磨浆,23%的高浓磨浆前后二次纤维长度变化很小,说明高浓盘磨的切断能力较弱。23%高浓磨浆条件下,随着打浆度的提高,纤维平均扭结角、每毫米扭结数及扭结指数显著上升,说明纤维的分丝帚化程度明显上升。23%高浓磨浆有利于提高纱管原纸的耐破指数、抗张指数、内结合强度和环压指数等物理指标。
The raw materials of cop tube base paper are mainly secondary fibers.In order to investigate the mechanism and difference of high and low consistency refining of pulp for cop tube base paper,23%high-consistency refining and 4%low-consistency refining by type pulping machine were applied to domestic secondary fiber.The treated fiber was used in papermaking of cop tube base paper.Moreover,the relationship between the fiber morphology and the physical properties of the paper after processing with different consistency and refining degree were analyzed.Furthermore,the morphological changes before and after refining were analyzed by stereo microscope.The results showed that as compared with the 4%low-consistency refining,the change of the length of the domestic secondary fibers during 23%high-consistency refining was small,indicating that the cutting ability of the high-consistency was weak.Under the condition of highconsistency refining,with the improvement of refining treatment degree,the average kinking angle,the number of kinks per millimeter and the kinking index were very significant,indicating the obvious enhancement degree of fibrillation.High-consistency refining was beneficial to improve the physical performance such as the endurance resistance index,tensile index,internal bond strength and ring crushing index of the cop tube base paper.
