层次分析法在磨片方案评价体系中的应用

摘要 磨片是盘磨机非常重要的部件,其选择方案合适与否直接影响浆料质量、电耗及吨浆成本。基于此,通过查阅文献资料及专家调研等归纳了影响磨片方案选择的各项指标,构建了磨片方案评价体系,探讨了各指标对磨片方案选择的重要度,为磨片优化设计提供参考。 The refining plate is a very important part of the disc refiner,whether the scheme is suitable or not directly affects the pulp quality,power consumption and cost of a ton of pulp.Based on this,through literature method,expert survey method and other methods,the paper summarized various indicators affecting the selection of refining plate scheme,constructed the evaluation system of refining plate scheme,and discussed the importance of each index to the selection of refining plate scheme,so as to provide reference for the optimization design of refining plate.
