摘要
以4种有机硅低表面能防污面漆配合环氧防腐底漆、环氧中间漆和有机硅连接漆,制备了4种防污涂层,对比研究了不同面漆的弹性模量及其复合涂层的表面性质(包括涂层在空气中的水接触角和二碘甲烷接触角,表面自由能及其极性和色散分量)对舟形底栖硅藻的附着与脱除的影响,并考察了各涂层在海水中的稳定性。结果表明,舟形底栖硅藻在有机硅低表面能防污涂层中的脱除率随着面漆弹性模量的增大而增大。硅藻的附着量与复合涂层在海水中的稳定性有关,复合涂层在海水中的表面自由能极性分量变化率越小,涂层越稳定,硅藻越不易附着。其中,以双组分耐磨铝粉纯环氧底漆Intershield 300+三组分弹性不沾污连接漆Intersleek 737+三组分含氟有机硅聚合物不沾污面漆Intersleek 1100SR制成的复合涂层具有最好的抗舟形底栖硅藻附着性能。
Four antifouling coatings were prepared based on four kinds of low-surface-energy antifouling organosilicon topcoats in combination with anticorrosive epoxy primer,epoxy intermediate paint,and organosilicon joint paint.The influence of elastic modulus of the various topcoatings and their surface properties(including the contact angles of water and methylene iodide in the air,as well as surface free energy and its polar and dispersive components)of the composite coatings on the adhesion and removal of Navicula tenera,a marine diatom,were studied.The stability of different coatings in seawater was examined.The results showed that the removal rate of diatom adhering on a low-surface-energy antifouling organosilicon coating is increased with the increasing of elastic modulus of the coating,and the attaching amount of Navicula tenera is related to the stability of coating in seawater.The smaller the variation rate of polar component of surface free energy of the composite coating is in seawater,the higher stability the coating has,and the more difficult the attachment of Navicula tenera occurs.The composite coating prepared with an Intershield 300 two-pack abrasion-resistant aluminum pure epoxy primer,an Intersleek 737 three-pack silicone elastomer foul-release tie coat,and an Intersleek 1100SR three-pack fluorine-containing silicone foul-release topcoat has the best antifouling performance to the Navicula tenera.
