聚四氟乙烯与聚全氟乙丙烯涂层摩擦学性能比较研究 被引量:6

Comparison of tribological properties between polytetrafluoroethylene and polyperfluoroethylene–propylene coatings

摘要 对比了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)涂层和聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)涂层的耐热性和在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损行为,并简要分析了它们的磨损机制。结果表明:PTFE涂层与FEP涂层的初始分解温度均高于450℃,前者比后者还高50℃;两种涂层的摩擦因数均随载荷增大而降低,PTFE涂层的摩擦因数始终低于FEP涂层,而磨损率在低载荷下却明显高于后者,仅在高载荷下二者相近;PTFE涂层与FEP涂层的磨损机理均为粘着磨损。 The thermal resistance of polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)coating and polyperfluoroethylene propylene(FEP)coating,as well as their friction and wear behaviors under different loads were compared.The wear mechanism was analyzed.The results showed that the initial decomposition temperatures of PTFE and FEP coatings were 450℃ above,and the former was 50℃ higher than the latter.The friction coefficients of both coatings were decreased with the increasing of load.The PTFE coating had a lower friction coefficient than FEP coating in all tests,but its wear rate was obviously higher under a low load,only close to that of FEP coating under a high load.The wear mechanisms of PTFE and FEP coatings are adhesive wear.
