铝合金地铁车辆涂装工艺及其管理

摘要 对铝合金地铁蒙皮、底架、车体内部、车顶受电弓等部位的涂层体系设计进行了概括,介绍了铝合金车体蒙皮涂装工艺流程和工艺参数:表面处理粗糙度(Ra)5.0~12.5μm,底漆干膜厚度≥60μm,腻子层总厚度小于2mm,中涂层闪干时间约10min、干膜平均厚度≥30μm,面漆干膜厚度≥40μm。从设备、工艺、人员、施工现场、质量控制、成本控制等方面对涂装管理进行了阐述。 The designs of coating systems for the skin,chassis,and inside of aluminum alloy metro vehicle as well as the roof-mounted pantograph were described.The process flow for painting the skin of vehicle body was introduced.Some process parameters were presented as follows:roughness(Ra)after surface preparation 5.0-12.5μm,dry film thickness(DFT)of primer≥60μm,total thickness of putty layer<2 mm,flash drying time for midcoat ca.10 min,average DFT of midcoat≥30μm,and DFT of topcoat≥40μm.The painting management were discussed with respect to equipment,process,staff,construction site,quality and cost control,etc.
