摘要 研究目的:厘清国内外耕地产能发展阶段,对比分析现有评价方法,探讨未来中国耕地产能评价方法。研究方法:综合分析和比较分析法。研究结果:(1)从土地生产潜力提出到耕地健康产能研究大致可划分为三个阶段:土地自然生产力研究—光温(气候)生产力研究—产能、健康综合研究,各阶段相互依托,交互进行;(2)选取了三个发展阶段中6种较为完善的评价体系,通过对比分析发现,各方法在评价尺度、评价指标选取、评价结果等方面均有显著差异。研究结论:中国已进入耕地健康产能研究阶段,耕地健康产能是一个复杂的系统,结合已有评价方法特点,可将其划分为耕地产能和耕地健康两大维度,耕地产能评价沿用农用地分等体系,细化评价内容;耕地健康评价参考康奈尔土壤评价框架,在已有部门成果的基础上补充完善健康指标,最终达到以耕地健康产能评价结果服务耕地数量、质量、生态“三位一体”保护的目标。 Through clarifying the development stages of cultivated land productivity and comparing the existing evaluation methods,this paper aims to explore the future evaluation methods of cultivated land productivity in China.The methods applied in this paper are comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis.The results show that the research on cultivated land productivity can be roughly divided into three stages:land natural productivity research,light-temperature(climate)potential productivity research and comprehensive productivity research.The three stages are interdependent and interactive.Six better evaluation systems have been selected from the three development stages.Through comparative analysis,it is found that there are significant differences in evaluation scale,evaluation index selection,evaluation results and so on.In conclusion,we have entered the research stage of health productivity of cultivated land.The health productivity of cultivated land is a complex system.According to the characteristics of each evaluation method,we can divide the evaluation of cultivated land health productivity into two major dimensions:cultivated land productivity evaluation and cultivated land health evaluation.The evaluation of cultivated land productivity follows the agricultural land classification system and refines the evaluation contents.The cultivated land health evaluation refers to the Cornell soil evaluation framework and supplements the health indicators based on the existing results.The results of the evaluation on cultivated land health productivity are used for the quantity-quality-ecology“three in one”cultivated land protection.
