The Anomie and Governance about Live Video Streaming

作为新兴的媒介技术和产业,网络直播因有巨大的社会意义和迅猛的发展速度受到社会广泛关注,但同时也因失范传播引起社会广泛诟病,对存在问题进行全面分析并提出治理之道必要而紧迫。归纳梳理网络直播的失范现象可见,存在自我式传播失范和传播主体间传播失范两种框架。网络直播的失范治理,应坚持先管理再治理、自律和他律同行、内向式建设和外向式管理并进、多方主体共同参与的治理理念,从技术控制、人文规约、社会法治这三个路径进行规范。

As an emerging media technology and industry, live video streaming has been widely concerned by the society for its social significance and development speed, but it has also been widely criticized by the society for its anomie communication. Therefore it is necessary and urgent to comprehensively analyze the existing problems and propose solutions. From inducing and combing the anomie phenomena of live video streaming, it can be found that two frameworks, the self communication anomie and the communication anomie between communication subjects, are existing. The governance of the anomie of live video streaming should take the governance concept of management first, then the governance, self-discipline and heteronomy simultaneously, introverted type construction and extroverted type management hand in hand, and participation of various subjects. It should be regulated from three accesses, namely, the technical control, humanities statute, and social governance.
