摘要
以茶虫本体概念模型的结构特点为着力点,将茶虫本体的结构特点与网络进行类比,采用无向图、本体中概念与复杂网络中的点对应、本体中的关系与复杂网络中的边对应,对本体的平均路径长度、度分布、簇系数等参数进行统计分析,再将分析结果与已知典型本体GO本体(基因本体)进行比较。结果表明:该茶虫本体不具有小世界的特性,但具有无标度的特性。同时研究说明本体与复杂网络的关系相似性,为今后对本体展开新的研究如社团划分、提高语义匹配效率奠定基础。
Based on the structural characteristics of the conceptual model of tea caterpillar ontology,the structural characteristics of tea caterpillar ontology are analogized with the network.The parameters of average path length,degree distribution and cluster coefficient of the ontology are analyzed by using undirected graph,point correspondence between the ontology concept and the complex network,and the relationship between the ontology and the edge correspondence of the complex network.The comparison of GO ontology(Gene Ontology)shows that the tea caterpillar ontology does not have the characteristics of small world,but has the characteristics of scale-free.At the same time,the similarity between the ontology and the complex network is illustrated,which lays a foundation for further study like community partition to improve the efficiency of semantic matching.
