摘要
在前期研究的基础上,利用有限元软件ANSYS,建立玻纤/环氧树脂基间隔复合材料的细观结构模型。利用该模型研究材料在平压载荷下的应力、应变分布和破坏模式。结果表明:从宏观角度来看,在平压载荷作用下,芯材应力、应变值最大,最容易发生失稳破坏,且断口形貌为平行直线;上下面板应力、应变值最小,最不容易被破坏。从细观角度来看,芯材的接结经纱是承载主体,树脂起次要作用;在0.5 mm平压位移载荷作用下,材料的破坏模式主要是芯材的树脂破碎、树脂与纤维严重脱粘。
On the basis of previous studies,a meso-structure model of glass fiber/epoxy resin space composites was built by using the finite element software ANSYS.The distribution of stress&strain of the composites under flat compressive loads was discussed by using the model.The results show that the maximum value of stress&strain occurs on the piles macroscopically,where the composites can be damaged easily,and fracture appearance is parallel lines.The minimum value of stress&strain occur on the upper and lower face-sheet,where the composites can't be damaged easily.The main loads are undertaken by binder warp yarns and the minor loads are undertaken by resin on piles microscopically,and fewer loads are undertaken by face-sheet components.The failure mode of the composites is resin crushing,and interfacial debonding between fibers and resin when the composites suffer from the flat compressive loads of 0.5 mm.
