甘草内生真菌GRE9挥发性成分分析 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]比较甘草内生真菌GRE9与宿主植物甘草挥发性成分的相关性。[方法]利用气相-质谱法分析甘草内生真菌GRE9发酵液和菌丝体挥发性物质。[结果]内生真菌GRE9发酵液及菌丝体既含有与宿主植物相同的挥发性成分,也含有特异性挥发性物质。[结论]甘草内生真菌GRE9是具有应用前景的内生菌。 [Objective]The research aimed to compare the correlation between the endophytic fungi GRE9 and the volatile components of the host plant Glycyrrhiza uralensis.[Method]The volatile compounds of GRE9 strains fermented broth and its mycelium were analyzed by GC-MS.[Result]The volatile components in the GRE9 fermented broth and its mycelium not only contained the same volatile components with the host crude drugs,but also contained the specific volatile substances.[Conclusion]GRE9 strain is a Glycyrrhiza uralensis endophytic fungus which has wild application prospect in future.
