农地流转经营规模与农业技术效率关系研究

Study on the Relationship between Agricultural Land Circulation Operation Scale and Agricultural Technology Efficiency

在中国农村土地租赁市场发展迅速的背景下,农地经营规模与农业生产技术效率的关系发生了怎样的变化,是一个值得关注的问题。利用2015年1月江西省丰城市和遂川县的农户调研数据,基于农地流转的视角,重新审视农地经营规模对农业生产技术效率的影响。理论分析表明,农地经营规模可通过土地市场效应、要素配置效应和规模效应正向影响农业生产技术效率,实证结果则验证了理论假说。因此,应继续推动农村土地流转,削弱土地细碎化对技术效率的负向影响;同时,应鼓励农户异地从事非农就业,从而加速农户农地流转的参与,进而提高技术效率。

How has the relationship between agricultural land operation scale and agricultural production technology efficiency changed?Is a problem worthy of attention in the context of the rapid development of the rural land lease market in China?Based on the perspective of agricultural land circulation,this paper uses data from farmers in Fengcheng City and Shuichuan County in Jiangxi Province in January 2015,re-examining the impact of agricultural land operation scale on agricultural production technical efficiency.Theoretical analysis shows that agricultural land operation scale can positively affect agricultural production technology efficiency through land market effects,factor allocation effects,and scale effects,the empirical results verify the theoretical hypothesis.Therefore,we should continue to promote rural land circulation and weaken the negative impact of fragmented land on technological efficiency;at the same time,farmers should be encouraged to engage in off-farm employment in different places,thereby accelerating the participation of rural households in the transfer of agricultural land,and improving technical efficiency.
