云南省农村劳动力转移地域选择研究

Study on the Regional Choice of Rural Labor Force Transfer in Yunnan Province

对云南农村劳动力转移的调查数据,运用多分类Logistic模型进行了实证研究,云南农村劳动力转移,以省内就地转移为主,政府在推进劳动力转移时应将重点放在省内转移,重视发展县域经济,充分发挥小城镇、县城在吸纳农村劳动力的重要作用。

The rural labor force of Yunnan Province migrate mainly to the region in the province at present,we make a positive research by the Logistic model based on data of rural labors migration in Yunnan.The government should focus on the intra-provincial labor transfer and pay more attention to the county economy.There are more rural labor force moving to the town and county seat in the future.
