摘要
现代化灌区是实现现代化农业的重要基础,从现代化内涵着手,对现代化灌区内涵进行分析挖掘,提出现代化灌区建设的五大核心理念,以人为本、科学创新、节水高效、环境友好和安全可靠,旨在对现代化灌区建设提供参考和指引。
Modern irrigation area is the important foundation of modernization agriculture.This paper starting from the connotation of modernization,analyzes the connotation of modern irrigation area,and puts forward five core ideas of the construction of modern irrigation area,that is people-oriented,scientific innovation,water-saving and efficiency,environmental friendly,safe and reliable,to provide reference and guidance on the building of modern irrigation area.
