基于共生理论的田园综合体建设研究

Symbiosis theory and development model of rural complex under strategy of rural vitalization

田园综合体对于助推乡村经济、实现乡村现代化意义重大。依据生态学的共生原理,从共生单元、共生环境和共生模式对田园综合体进行研究,提出三生同步、三产融合和三位一体的有机融合发展模式。以平顶山曹镇韭菜科技田园综合体为例,总结了田园综合体的建设思路、三种主要建设模式(产业共生模式、旅游共生模式、田园社区共生模式)及组织运营,有助于乡村振兴战略的实施和田园综合体的理论与实践研究。

Rural complex is of great significance for boosting the rural economy and realizing rural modernization.According to the symbiosis principle of ecology,the idyllic complex is studied from the symbiotic unit,the symbiotic environment and the symbiotic model,and the organic integration development model of three-synchronization,three-industry integration and trinity is proposed.Taking Caozhen(Pingdingshan)Chinese Chives Rural Complex as an example,this paper summarizes the construction ideas,three main construction modes(industrial symbiosis mode,tourism symbiosis mode,rural community symbiosis mode)and organization operation,which helps to promote the implementation of the revitalization strategy and the theoretical and practical research of the rural complex.
