不同塑料输配水管材中总有机碳的析出性 被引量:2

Precipitation of Total Organic Carbon( TOC) from Different Plastic Water Supply and Distribution Pipes

摘要 在静态试验条件下,研究给水管网中3种常用的塑料管材,无规共聚聚丙烯管(PP-R)、硬聚氯乙烯管(U-PVC)和聚乙烯管(PE)总有机碳(TOC)的释放情况。结果表明:3种塑料管材中,U-PVC管中TOC的析出量较小,PP-R管次之,PE管最大;随着浸泡温度(10~55℃)的增加,3种管材中TOC的析出量呈上升趋势(PP-R为0.02~0.32 mg/L、U-PVC为0.01~0.22mg/L、PE为0.1~0.64 mg/L);随着滞留时间(4~128 h)的延长,3种管材中TOC的析出量均呈上升趋势(PP-R为0~0.18mg/L、U-PVC为0~0.12 mg/L、PE为0.08~0.42 mg/L);同时,抽检了市面上不同品牌PP-R管(25种)、U-PVC管(20种),PE管(20种),其TOC测试结果均符合卫生指标要求。文中明确了塑料给水管材中TOC在不同滞留时间、输配温度下的析出情况,旨在为塑料管材的安全规范使用提供进一步的参考。 The release of total organic carbon(TOC)of three kinds of plastic pipes commonly used in water distribution process,including random copolymer polypropylene pipes(PP-R),hard polyvinyl chloride pipes(U-PVC)and polyethylene pipes(PE),was studied with a static simulation test.The results showed that U-PVC pipes had less effect on the release of TOC,followed by PP-R pipes and PE pipes.Moreover,concentrations of TOC precipitation of the three kinds of pipes showed an upward trend with the increase of immersion temperature(10~55℃)and retention time(4~128 h).Concentrations of TOC precipitation of PP-R,U-PVC and PE pipes were 0.02 ~0.32 mg/L,0.1 ~0.22 mg/L and 0.1~0.64 mg/L respectively under different immersion temperature,and which were 0~0.18 mg/L,0~0.12 mg/L and 0.08 ~0.42 mg/L respectively under different retention time.Different brands of pipes of PPR,U-PVC and PE on the market were sampled,the numbers of which were 25,20 and 20 respectively.All of the results met the health requirement.In the paper,TOC precipitation of different plastic pipes commonly used for water supply under different retention time and temperature was clarified to provide a theoretical reference for the safe use of plastic pipes.
