摘要
北京市垡头污水处理厂现状设计规模为2万m^3/d,占地面积为13 000 m^2,尾水排放执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)—级B标准。根据提标改造技术要求,该工程需在不额外增加用地且不断水改造的条件下,将规模扩建至10万m^3/d,出水标准提升至北京地标《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB 11890—2012)B标准。采用MBR工艺路线,通过集约化设计以及分步拆建的合理安排,实现了上述要求,单位处理水量用地指标仅为0.13 m^2/(m^3·d)。
The current designed capacity of Fatou WWTP is 2×10~4 m3/d and its occupied area is 13 000 m^2.The effluent quality is required to meet the first grade B criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB18918-2002).According to the technical requirements of upgrading and reconstruction,the capacity may increase to 10×10~4 m^3/d,and the effluent quality has been raised to B criteria of Beijing local standard of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(DB 11890-2012)under the condition of no additional land use and continuous water transformation.The MBR process route is applied in this project with integrated design and reasonable arrangement of demolition and construction in steps to implement the above requirements.The land use index of unit treated water is only 0.13 m^2/(m^3·d).
