摘要
上海某垃圾渗滤液处理站现状设计规模为60 m^3/d,尾水排放执行上海市地方标准《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(DB 31/445—2009)。因上海市严化第一类污染物排放标准,即提标改造后排放的第一类污染物执行上海市地方标准《污水综合排放标准》(DB 31/199—2009)A级标准,其他排放指标执行上海市地方标准《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(DB 31/445—2009),以及部分原处理单元腐蚀老化等问题,需对该渗滤液处理站进行提标改造。文中介绍了垃圾渗滤液提标改造过程中的问题难点、工艺思路、工艺流程和主要设备设计参数,工程采用“蒸发结晶+生化技术”,为国内类似垃圾渗滤液提标改造工程提供了新思路。
Current design capacity of a landfill leachate treatment station is 60 m3/d,and water quality of effluent meets the criterion of Discharge Standard for Municipal Sewerage System(DB 31/445-2009).Shanghai Carries out the stringent discharge standards of the first kinds of pollutants,stipulates that the effluent water quality of the first kinds of pollutants need to meet grade A criterion of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB 31/199-2009),others meet the criterion of Discharge Standard for Municipal Sewerage System(DB 31/445-2009).At the same time,there are some corrosion and aging problems in Shanghai.Therefore,the leachate treatment station needs to be upgrated and reconstructed.Problems and difficulties,process ideas,process flow and design parameters of main equipments of the landfill leachate treatment station are introduced in this paper.The evaporation crystallization with biochemical technology is taken in the project,which provides a new idea for similar upgrading and reconstruction projects of landfill leachate treatment in China.
