深圳某水厂排泥水处理工况优化与安全回用 被引量:5

摘要 依据节水成果,提出排泥阀、刮吸泥机及滤池反洗的最优工况,水厂排泥水率由1.83%降至1.36%,达到源头减量及降低后续处理成本的效果。再对排泥水进行分质处理,其中泥水通过调节、浓缩、离心脱水、泥饼外运等环节进行处置,反洗水通过控制静沉时间、回流比等关键点进行安全回用,并辅以消毒剂投加与紫外装置保障水质安全。结果表明,通过泥水全流程处理工艺达到节水降耗、安全环保的目标。 According to the achievements of water-saving technologies,the optimal condition of sludge relief valves,mud scraper and filter backwashing are proposed.The water consumption rate for sludge wastewater decreases from 1.83% to 1.36%,achieving the effects of both reducing the water quantity at source and saving the subsequent sludge treatment cost.The sludge wastewater is separately treated,in which the sludge water is disposed by adjusting,thickening,centrifugal dewatering,and transporting.Backwash water is treated by controlling static time and reflux ratio for safe reuse,supplemented by disinfectant dosing and UV instrument to ensure water quality safety furthermore.The result illustrates the aim of saving water,reducing consumption and protecting environment can be a chieved through the integrated process treatment.
