摘要
为了对比研究猪粪厌氧干湿发酵的产气效率,文章在中温37℃±1℃,接种物与原料的比例为1∶1的条件下,设置发酵浓度分别为8%和20%进行猪粪厌氧发酵产沼气实验。结果表明:猪粪厌氧湿发酵(发酵浓度为8%左右)的发酵产气周期要比猪粪厌氧干发酵(发酵浓度为20%左右)的更短;猪粪厌氧干发酵的VS产气率以及VS降解率均要高于猪粪厌氧湿发酵,且VS产气率提升了22.10%;猪粪厌氧干湿发酵降解过程与Logistic方程的相关系数R 2均高于0.99,Logistic方程可很好的反映猪粪厌氧干湿发酵过程的规律。
In order to compare the biogas production efficiency of anaerobic dry and wet fermentation of pig manure,experiments were carried out under the condition of 37℃±1℃,inoculums to raw material ratio of 1∶1,and fermentation concentration of TS 8%and TS 20%respectively.The results showed that the biogas production period of wet fermentation(TS 8%)was shorter than that of dry fermentation(TS 20%).The gas production rate and VS degradation rate of dry fermentation were higher than those of wet fermentation,and the gas production rate of VS increased by 22.10%.The correlation coefficients R 2 of Logistic equation of the dry and wet fermentation were all higher than 0.99.Logistic equation could well reflect the rule of anaerobic dry and wet fermentation of pig manure.
