摘要 生物脱氮技术是防治水体氮素污染的重要途径。利用铁循环与氮转化耦合治理氮素污染,已成为国际研究的前沿。文章概述了目前废水生物脱氮主流技术,主要介绍微生物驱动下的铁氧化还原现象,包括与生物脱氮过程密切相关的铁自养反硝化,硝酸盐型厌氧亚铁氧化,亚硝酸盐型厌氧亚铁氧化和铁氨氧化等。预见未来基于铁氧化还原耦合生物脱氮研发的对环境领域氮素污染控制的新型生物脱氮技术具有很大发展潜力。 Biological nitrogen removal technology is an important way to prevent and control nitrogen pollution in water.The application of coupling of iron cycle and nitrogen transformation to control nitrogen pollution has become the forefront of international research.In this paper,the main techniques of biological nitrogen removal in wastewater were summarized,and the phenomena of iron redox driven by microorganisms were mainly introduced,including autotrophic iron denitrification,nitrate-type anaerobic ferrous oxidation,nitrite type anaerobic ferrous oxidation and ferric ammonia oxidation,which were closely related to the biological nitrogen removal process.In prospect,the new biological nitrogen removal technologies based on iron redox coupled with biological nitrogen removal technologies for nitrogen pollution control in the field of environment will have great development potential.
